    70% of the first Galaxy S4 devices will use the Snapdragon 600 processor

    Samsung will ship the first 10 million Galaxy S4 devices mostly with the Snapdragon 600 processor. 70% of the first 10 million Galaxy S4 devices will use the Snapdragon 600. Only 30% will have Samsung's own Exynos 5 processor. Samsung wants to sell the snapdragon variant in America and Europe. Some European countries will receive the Exynos 5 Octa-Core variant later. Asia and Africa will directly get the Octa-Core variant. According to the latest information the Snapdragon is clocked at 1.9GHz and the Exynos Octa-core is clocked at 1.8GHz.
