Again Apple has lost a battle in Dutch court
Apple lost again in Dutch court, Samsung Electronics does not infringe an Apple patent by using certain touch techniques.
This information comes from the court in The Netherlands.
Apple had claimed that Samsung infringed some touch patents in their Galaxy products.
Because Apple lost against Samsung, Apple need to pay Samsung 216.000 euro.
Apple even lost one of their favorite patents this week called the Rubber Band scroll patent.
More and more patents against the Samsung in process of Apple vs Samsung aren’t useful anymore!
This is a good sign for the big fight between Apple and Samsung in the United States.
Doesn’t surprise me, the only time Apple win a case is when its in an American court with an American judge who, surprise surprise found in favour of an American product, the rest of the worlds courts can see Apple for what it is

It seems America has the most protectionist courts in the free world.. I wonder if they realise how bad its making them look, I doubt they even care.
frankly I don’t mind , it just means the rest of the world can move on and leave them wallowing in their own bubble filled with debt. It will only lead to further economic misery for them as it did with Japan.

There are strange things happening in Europe also – multi-billion case against Microsoft because of free choose of web browser. Be honest, only systems where You can’t select between web browser are Apple ones, or being more specific, on tablet market where Apple has comparable position as Microsoft has on PC market. Apple wasn’t even give to possibility to produce Mozilla’s Firefox to iOS. And there are no court processes against that. In such cases seems court processes against Microsoft being absurd.

Apple won because it was in US court.. I feel they paid money to court to win the case there in US! otherwise everywhere else apple has been slammed
